U.S. Department of State Passport services are available for U.S. citizens at the following locations of the Flagler County Public Library:

It is recommended that you call in advance to make sure you are bringing proper documentation/fees.

Online application forms, information about fees and required documentation, processing times, as well as a wealth of other passport and travel information is available at travel.state.gov, the official website for passport information.

Forms

Each location has forms available or visit travel.state.gov to fill/print out the forms to bring in and fees. Specific fee costs are available on the website or by calling one of our locations above.

There are two separate fees collected when an applicant arrives:

  1. Application Fees: These fees include payment for a passport book/card and any expedite/overnight return fees. They must be paid with a separate Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check per application.
  2. Execution (Acceptance) Fee: This fee must be paid in either cash or credit/debit. There is an additional convenience fee if a card is used for payment. We do not accept American Express.

Photos

One passport-ready photo is required when applying for a passport. Passport photos can be taken at the library for a $10 fee per photo. Starting October 2026, the photo fee will be $15. This can be paid with either cash or credit/debit; there is an additional convenience fee if a card is used for payment.

Passport photos are taken on a first-come first-served basis.

The passport desk closes one hour before the library closes.
